Thembani is working as a Fieldwork Coordinator and is currently living in Ginsberg. Aside from gathering data, he is also responsible for logistics and car related issues. He likes the understanding and flexible work environment of Mzantsi Wakho which enables him to constantly develop new skills and improve existing ones. He thinks the project gives teens the opportunity to have a trusting relationship where their concerns and problems can be communicated.
